What is it?

Until now, there were only two ways to produce custom mosaic tile blends and murals for your customer: by hand (20-50 minutes per square foot) or outsourcing to the factory (6-8 weeks). With the introduction of our new TileMyzer™, you can produce your own custom work in speeds up to 1 square foot every three minutes. The TileMyzer™ is available in tile sizes ranging from 10mm to 25mm.

Specs

Interchangeable heads. We start shipping with a 20mm head immediately. Within the next three months, we’ll release heads that can place 10mm and 25mm tiles, using the same unit.

Colors. The single grid system can handle up to 10 different colors; the 4-grid system can handle up to 20 colors at one time. The Tilemyzer™ changes colors as the software dictates, automatically loading and unloading the different color cartridges as needed. If you’re doing random patterns with only a few colors, you can pre-load multiple cartridges with the same color to increase production speed.

Software independent. Although the Tilemyzer™ is tuned to work with TileCreatorPro software, you can use any mosaic tile program that produces the same machine code to place tiles. We have a developer program available for interested parties.

Tile independent. The Tilemyzer™ will use any mosaic tile color available. Currently, we support Bisazza, Trend, Opiocolor, and Hakatai. Other colors soon to be available.

Two sizes. Our single-grid system sells for $19,995 plus applicable taxes where required. Includes Tilemyzer™ controller software and 8 cartridges. Additional components, such as a loading system; additional 8-packs of cartridges; and grids; can be included for an extra cost. We have an in-house leasing company willing to fund the purchase for you, on approved credit, with payments as low as $470 a month. The larger unit holds 4-6 grids, and sells for $29,995, with a lease payment of approximately $650 a month, OAC.

Maintenance contract. You can purchase a maintenance contract for $1495 per year, which covers all moving parts in the event of equipment failure. It does not cover willful damage. The maintenance contract is optional. The Tilemyzer™ comes with a 12 month warranty initially.
